We are fortunate to still have good contacts "on the ground" in France,  as it is getting increasingly difficult to source these racks. Those stamped with the champagne house mark are now very rare, and command a large premium if you are lucky enough to  find one...

These old "riddling" racks can be used to hold almost any type of bottle, white or red wine, spirits, fine port or sherry, even Champagne! Available in sizes of 6, 10, 15, 20, 30, or 60 bottles these characterful antique champagne racks will look stunning in any home. Goodwood Antiques Visits the Shows
Image Goodwood Antiques has been doing the rounds, visiting the Shows with our mobile antiques stall. We recently attended the Henley Show after a 2 year break, and sales were brisk, particularly of our champagne racks. We will  continue to attend some shows, but really the internet is such a fantastic medium, that we don't need to leave home as often as we used to.

Image Goodwood Antiques is now working in close co-operation with the Bear at Home Inn, North Moreton; this beautiful country pub really is an ideal place to see our antiques in an appropriate setting. The added bonus is that you can enjoy a pint of CAMRA award winning real ale, a glass of wine, and a home cooked meal whilst considering your purchases - how civilised !
